Hire the building by the hour, the day or the block.

A private room seating up to six, with a screen for video calls and presentations and a whiteboard. Good for interviews, board meetings, client pitches, appraisals and training sessions.

Half day is a morning or an afternoon. Full day is the room for the whole working day.

For tutors, clubs, classes, committees and community groups. Once the working day ends the building is quiet and it is all yours, and parking is free and right outside — which matters when fifteen people arrive at seven on a Tuesday night.

Language classes, art groups, choir practice, tutoring, AGMs, training courses, book clubs, committee meetings. Tell us the night and how many people and we will set the room up for it.

Exposed brick, neon, and proper daylight through the industrial glazing. The building is quiet enough to record clean audio in, and there is free parking directly outside for loading kit in and out.

Product shoots, brand photography, podcasts, talking-head video, interviews.

An off-peak block in the on-site gym, the same slot each week, so you can run your own clients without paying commercial gym floor rates. Casual hours are available when we have space.

Before bringing any client into the building, trainers must evidence their own valid public liability insurance and their qualifications to us, in line with clause 7 of the Membership & Services Agreement. We cannot let a block start without both on file.
